Welcome!

Who I Am

I’m Brenna, and I am here to help make navigating the ever-changing world of special education and advocacy easier! I am deeply passionate about special education, advocacy, and empowering families to navigate the system successfully.

I am a Colorado-based virtual assistant with over ten years of experience. I have lived the paperwork, meetings, data collection, reports, parent communication and advocacy. I know first hand the passion, commitment and heart it takes to do what you do each and every day.

Through my work as a Virtual Assistant, I now support other special education professionals by managing the administrative and organizational tasks that take time away from their mission so they can focus on what they do best: helping students and families thrive.

How I Help

I provide reliable, behind-the-scenes administrative and organizational support for special education professionals designed to save time, reduce stress, and streamline workflows.

From organizing IEPs, evaluations, meeting notes, and student files, to managing consultation scheduling, reminders, and client communication, I handle the critical tasks that can take up valuable time. I also support client intake and onboarding by creating and organizing forms, preparing submissions, and summarizing case information. Additionally, I build tracking systems, spreadsheets, and resource libraries to keep your operations running smoothly.

My goal is to be the dependable support you can count on, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families.

Why I Started

As a first-time mom, I struggled with leaving my daughter to return to the classroom. Yet, being in special education is so much a part of who I am, that I couldn’t leave that either. I realized how much I love making a difference for students and families, and began finding a way to continue supporting special education while prioritizing my own family.

I started this business to combine my experience, passion for advocacy, and love of organization/systems into a service that helps other professionals do their important work more effectively. By handling administrative tasks behind the scenes, I can give special education advocates and professionals the time and space they need to focus on what matters most: supporting families and students.
